Off Peak Oct 16-May 14 *2 nt minimum ,2 guests-195/ 4-225/ 6-255/ 8-285
Holidays are at peak rate, Minimum stay may be required.
9.7% tax, and a one time cleaning fee of $75-$100
Rates may change at any time until confirmed.
Cancellation policy: within 60 days, deposit refunded -$50 cancellation fee
Less than 60 days, you are responsible unless able to rerent.
